What is the process?


Step I - Initial Consultation (1.5 hours) As an Investor level partner with Houstonian Capital Investments you will be receiving industry leading terms on your investments. We pride ourselves on providing you with a flexible, straight forward and streamlined investing process. During our Initial Consultation we will discuss your investing goals and present financial situation. Based on these factors we will conclude the meeting with an action plan for accomplishing such goals moving forward. Step II - Capital Planning (1 month) Having an expert by your side during your personal capital planning process is invaluable. Having someone who is an expert in all steps of the real estate development process is even more so. That’s why so many people choose to work with our team at Houstonian Capital Investments. We can explain and walk you through the details of capital planning for your project, but our services go beyond that. We can provide you with access of up to 100% financing using our existing network of preferred lenders. Step III - Lot Acquisition (1-3 months) We will advise you from start to finish. If you currently do not own a lot, we will assist you with choosing the correct one, as there are so many additional investment and construction factors to consider we will be in your corner every step of the way to guide you and make sure that your purchase will be a profitable one. Step IV - Development & Construction (4-18 months) We are the parent company to our own in-house professional home building company, CRV Homes. CRV Homes provides 100% turnkey development & building services from demolition, replatting, plans & permitting, to move-in ready construction & customer warranty solutions. Step V - Marketing & Sales (1-6 months) We have built a qualified sales team who are educated, prepared and ready to sell our product better than anyone else. When you work with our sales team you are dealing with the best of the best.
