This roll is intended to develop into the Vice President of Construction roll overtime where the Sr. Project Manager would move on from managing his or her own project(s) and acting as Lead to the other Project Managers, to managing all construction staff & activities enterprise wide.

  • Manage, supervise and oversee Project Manager and Construction Assistant Staff;

Custom Home Sales Professional


Description & Responsibilities

  • Manage and create sales/marketing techniques for developing new leads;
  • Provide product information and guidance to the customer;
  • Meet with purchasers of To-be-Built homes to provide product options and guidance for making upgrades;
  • Manage and process all To-be-Built purchasers’ final design studio selections within completion dates;

Investment Team Portfolio Manager


We are looking for an experienced Investment Portfolio Manager to create and manage investment portfolios for our clients. Responsibilities will include crafting investment packages, managing client expectations, and transactions, and achieving our clients’ overall investment objectives. To be successful as a portfolio manager you must be able to work efficiently and effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. You will have experience in the financial services or investment sectors, and you will focus on providing portfolio recommendations to our clients based on in-depth financial market analyses.   • Perform final critical analysis and approval for new Investment Offerings suggested by Investment Agents for sale to investors;
  • Manage, oversee and approve the creation of all marketing materials for compliance with regulatory requirements, investment objectives, and investment feasibility;
  • Generate investment policy statements to outline our clients’ investment objectives;
  • Construct successful investment portfolios informed by market conditions and economic trends;
  • Finalize the sale and reporting of securities transactions to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission;
  • Determine acceptable risk levels for clients based on time frames, risk preferences, return expectations, and market conditions;
  • Direct consultation with attorneys, accountants and other advisors when required;

  • Assist Bankers in preparation of any loan file comments, monitor loan covenants, monitor proper financial statement reporting, and monitor any collateral reporting;
  • Evaluate the performance of investment offerings and ensuring compliance with standards provided by regulatory organizations, including conformance with investor disclosures, privacy laws, anti-money laundering requirements, and anti-fraud measures;

  • Stay up to date with relevant real estate investment and economic trends;

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or finance preferred;
