Adriana Steverson

Energetic … spontaneous … innovative are just a few adjectives that describe Adriana. With an early start at age 16 in the hospitality and service industry, she gained experience in problem solving and maximizing productivity. She has the ability to look objectively at situations with the optimistic attitude that solutions are within reach.

Adriana says, “I understand that navigating through the world of real estate can often be a confusing and daunting process. Many people aren’t aware of their options and how they can attain them. I enjoy being able to educate my clients while guiding them in the right direction.”

She has developed her real estate experience working with residential and lease properties primarily with millennials inside the loop, but she looks forward to assisting a wider range of clientele. When representing sellers, she offers a fresh approach to marketing their property; when her clients are first-time home buyers, she readily identifies and understands their wants and needs.

Beaumont is Adriana’s home, but she rapidly adapted to Houston as a Texans Cheerleader! While participating for two years in many community service activities as an NFL cheerleader, her passion for helping people motivated her to form an organization she calls “Adriana Cares”. She and her friends focus on motivational speaking to underprivileged youth and young girls, letting them know that all things are possible when they believe in themselves.

In addition to a very active lifestyle, Adriana enjoys singing, modeling and is working toward a Bio Medical Degree.
