Uriel Figeroa

Uriel represents our company in the business of pre-development services. He is has been working in the industry for more than 35 years to provide pre-development services for residential developments in Southeast Texas.

Uriel has a zeal for community development and has worked with public and private stakeholders to develop neighborhoods and communities, including master-planned communities, single-family residential development, and commercial and mixed-use economic development in urban and suburban settings. He also worked with stakeholders to eliminate urban blight in Houston and Harris County for many years. His efforts continue to date as he volunteers in an advisory capacity for several non-profit organizations.
