Noe I. Bastidas
Mr. Noe Bastidas oversees Houstonian Capital Investment’s strategy for organic and inorganic growth projects for public and private sector business lines.
Mr. Bastidas’ professional experience has focused on expansion and re-engineering projects, as well as startup and turnaround initiatives. He began his career with a global consulting firm where he served as program manager for high-tech, healthcare and federal government portfolios. Mr. Bastidas then served as vice president and program management director of an energy firm where he directed enterprise-wide initiatives.
Mr. Bastidas graduated from Yale University in 1999 with a bachelor of science degree in Engineering with additional work in International Studies and Educational Reform.
Mr. Bastidas has served on and chaired the boards of nonprofit organizations and government entities as well as community councils for corporate and professional firms. His community work has focused on inner city initiatives and investing in community development projects.
Client Relationship Manager
Mrs. Mendez oversees client relations for CRV Homes and Houstonian Capital Investments. She serves an important role by continuing to intermittently check-in with clients during and after project or investment completion to ensure our clients have a lasting positive experience.
Mrs. Mendez is an original founder of CRV Homes. Her work for CRV Homes was pivotal for the growth of the company, from a small remodeling company to a fully registered custom home building design/build firm.
Amber is married to her husband Jeff and a proud mother to her three children, Caleb, Roman, and Valentina (i.e., "CRV" Homes).
Having grown up in Houston as a graduate of Episcopal High School he knows the City of Houston well. As an enrolled student (currently on leave of absence due to COVID19) at George Washington University, majoring in Computer Science, Ivan is serving our clients with top of the line customer service.
Ivan's knowledge of the industry and dedication to assist our clients needs as well as support field operations is a perfect fit for his personality.
During Ivan's free time, he excels at building cryptocurrency computers and centralized computing systems for additional income. He is also an avid runner and outdoor sports enthusiast

Craig Levin, NMLS 6066
Craig Levin is a top mortgage producer in the Houston area. As a 15-year veteran in the real estate arena, Levin has seen both the highs and the lows of the mortgage industry. He understands that securing a mortgage should be a smooth process. “Many banks and brokers make obtaining a mortgage more difficult than it should be,” he says. “During my initial conversation with a prospective client, I am interested in finding out the client’s mortgage goals. Then, it is my job to assist the client is achieving these goals, if at all possible. I believe that all information and requirements need to be explained upfront, and in a clear fashion.”

Nicholas A. Dupre
Nicholas A. Dupre is a native Houstonian and worked for more than 10 years for two premier boutique firms in the Houston and Woodlands area before becoming an owner and partner in 2017. He is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate and concentrates on probate, estate and gift tax planning, business planning and taxation, asset protection, estate administration, charitable organizations, real estate transactions, tax controversies, and intellectual property transactions.
In 2004, Nick earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Trinity University. In 2007, he earned his law degree (Juris Doctorate) from the Texas A&M School of Law, where he graduated cum laude. Nick is a member of the Houston Business Estate Planning Council, the Disability and Elder Law Attorneys Association, and the Woodlands Kiwanis Club.
In addition to his career as an attorney, Nick, his wife, Adryan, and their four children attend Berachah and C3 Christ Community Church of Magnolia. Nick is an accomplished pianist and regularly competes in marathons and other endurance events, recently completing his third full distance Ironman Triathlon.

Alex Massa has served as Chief Compliance Officer for Appraisal MC and division President for the valuation department. As CCO he was responsible for setting, maintaining and implementing compliance objectives for the company. He ensured that Appraisal MC maintains efficient processes for delivering credibly supported valuation products that conform to client and investor requirements as well as federal regulations.
In 2002, Alex founded one of the largest appraisal firms in the country.
Alex graduated from the entrepreneurship program from the University of Houston’s business school and has worked in the appraisal industry since 1998.

Joyce D. Owens
Joyce Owens represents HCI in the business of pre-development services. Ms. Owens is has been working in the industry since 2004 to provide pre-development services for residential developments in Southeast Texas.
Ms. Owens has a zeal for community development. Since 1988 she has worked with public and private stakeholders to develop neighborhoods and communities, including master-planned communities, single-family residential development, and commercial and mixed-use economic development in urban and suburban settings. She also worked with stakeholders to eliminate urban blight in Houston and Harris County. From 2008-2009, Ms. Owens served as a Harris County Precinct Chairperson and an Election Judge. Her efforts continue to date as she volunteers in an advisory capacity for several faith based and non-profit organizations.
As executive director of Trinity Bethel, a non-profit faith-based community development corporation, Ms. Owens mobilized community stakeholders to organize and implement the Golfcrest/ Bellfort/ Reveille Super Neighborhood Council to assist the City of Houston with area development.
Ms. Owens holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with emphasis in Public Relations from the University of Kansas.
Jeffrey R. Rodgers
Mr. Jeff Rodgers oversees business operations of Houstonian Capital Investment's and overall project development, construction and quality control within product and financial arenas.
Mr. Rodgers has led various divisions within the largest new home building companies in the country, including Perry Homes (privately held) and Pulte Homes (NYSE: PHM). He directs operational business lines overseeing project management, corporate growth and investment initiatives. Jeff manages and operates CRV Homes, LLC, a registered home building firm & full-service construction, demolition and remodeling company in addition to his role with Houstonian Capital Investments.
Mr. Rodgers graduated from Naval Engineering School and holds degrees in Legal Studies and Law from Purdue University (aliunde) with additional business and strategic management studies at Harvard University Extension System.
Jeff is married to his wife, Amber and is a proud father to their three children. Additionally, Mr. Rodgers is a community leader, serving on nonprofit boards and working with inner city youth.

A native of Houston, Mr. Hernandez graduated from Rice University, earning a dual bachelor of arts degree in Economics and Managerial Studies. Shortly after college, Mr. Hernandez began an eight-year investment banking career as an equity research analyst and consultant, specializing in oilfield services. Mr. Hernandez worked with various Wall Street firms such as Lehman Brothers and Simmons & Company International.
Mr. Hernandez’ knowledge of the city’s diverse communities, coupled with his background in the financial markets makes him a natural for the world of real estate. His areas of focus are the established inner loop markets, the Galleria area and Memorial Villages and the emerging Spring Branch market.
Mr. Hernandez is an active supporter of community development endeavors. He is a former Director for the Museum of Cultural Arts Houston (MOCAH), a volunteer with the Urban Business Initiative (UBI) and Habitat for Humanity, and is an alumni interviewer and student mentor for his alma mater.
As CEO/Broker and board member (President-Elect) of Houston’s American Society of Interior Design, Laurie brings a wealth of experience and knowledge. On a personal note, Jim enjoys riding every year in the 170-mile MS 150 bike tour from Houston to Austin. These events raise about 20 million dollars for research, programs and services to help those afflicted with MS and their families.
Jim holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in finance and management, as well as a Bachelors of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Arizona. Chantal Froehlich brings more than 10 years of experience in Real Estate.
