PEX Piping (AKA the cross-linked polyethylene pipe) comes in 100 ft. flexible rolls which allows our plumbers to to complete installation with fewer joints and fittings. PEX has a lower freezing temperature, is expandable and provides cleaner water to your home than copper or CPVC.

CRV Homes uses double pane, Low-"E" (Emissivity) windows with vinyl frames allowing the light in, but keeping the heat out. Our windows have a special coating that reflects infrared light and keeps heat inside during winter and outside in summer.

CRV Homes installs 16 SEER (gas) Air Conditioning & Heat systems in all homes. This system includes the air handler, furnace, and condensing unit.

Less than an inch in height, this molded, high-impact copolymer shingle-over ridge vent permits capping of the ridge with shingles like the rest of the roof. CertainTeed Ridge Vents are the most efficient and effective systems you can install. Works year-round to ventilate the attic. Provides evenly distributed ventilation along the entire underside of the roof.

CRV Homes uses LED lighting to reduce energy usage, generate less heat and last at least 5X longer than conventional bulbs. In fact , in most fixtures there is no bulb at all so you will only very rarely be changing light bulbs.

CRV Homes uses blown-in fiberglass insulation (R-13 at exterior walls, R-30 above conditioned space) to help reduce your energy bills and maximize the energy efficiency of your home.
