Transitioning from the healthcare industry to real estate was seamless for Kayla. She achieved her real estate license at an early age to earn extra money while in nursing school. She also worked in a healthcare clinic where she developed relationship skills and learned the importance of effective communication with her patients. She realizes these skills are the foundation for success in real estate.
She became hooked when she closed her first real estate transaction and made the life-changing decision to focus entirely on building her realty business. Kayla said, “Purchasing a home is one of the biggest decisions a client will ever make and guiding them through the journey is an exciting, amazing feeling!” She has learned the importance of relationships and how the experiences gained in real estate will span a lifetime.
Kayla is a native Texan, having grown up on a farm near Huntsville and relocating to Houston nearly a decade ago. She is knowledgeable about properties inside Loop 610, as well as The Woodlands, Katy & Spring Branch. She thoroughly enjoys introducing new clients to the real estate process and helping them hand-pick their perfect home, whether they are buying or leasing. Her goal is to make the process as seamless and stress-free as possible by being readily available to communicate on an as-needed basis.
Trying out new restaurants in town with her family, getting together with friends or, in quiet times, just reading a good book, all help Kayla recharge her enthusiasm for the business she loves!
