Jim has been originating mortgages since 1999 and has worked for two of the largest banks in the US. Having worked for builders for many years prior to his lending career, finding the proper lending product for a new construction home buyer or investment opportunity is a natural fit. Jim has extensive expertise in conventional, FHA, VA and USDA loans in Texas as well as special programs offered to the select customers of CRV Homes to ensure that each loan is customized to best meet the home buyer objectives while ensuring very competitive rates and fees. Jim will arrange and coordinate land and construction loans for those building on their own land. Jim is available any time for consultation and application.

On a personal note, Jim enjoys riding every year in the 170-mile MS 150 bike tour from Houston to Austin. These events raise about 20 million dollars for research, programs and services to help those afflicted with MS and their families.

Jim holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in finance and management, as well as a Bachelors of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Arizona. In addition to Jim’s professional academic achievements, he is a highly respected and active industry leader among the Houston area finance and banking professionals.
