Having grown up in Houston as a graduate of Episcopal High School Ivan knows the City of Houston well. As an enrolled student at George Washington University, majoring in Economics, Ivan serves our clients with top-of-the-line Search Engine Optimization (SEO) management. SEO management encompasses various analytics and metrics whilst producing credible knowledgeable content for Custom Home Building.

Ivan also serves as a licensed Realtor and is able to carry out many of the essential real estate functions needed for our Company. Ivan's knowledge of the industry and dedication to assisting our client's needs as well as supporting our internal acquisitions depicts the well-rounded elements that craft a quality experience here at CRV Homes.

During Ivan's free time, he excels at building cryptocurrency computers and centralized computing systems for additional income. Ivan is also an avid runner and outdoor sports enthusiast; currently, Ivan has taken up disc golf.
