REFERRAL PROGRAM

 

The best compliment you can give us is to refer others to our company. We work hard to build lasting relationships with our affiliates and we appreciate the referrals they give us.  That’s why we’re excited to introduce our new Referral Program.

 

As an affiliate of CRV Homes, you’ll receive a $1,000 for your first referral.  For the second referral and each one following, you’ll receive a $2,000. There’s no limit on how many referrals you can make! Also, your Referee’s will receive up to $2,500 in FREE UPGRADES just because you referred them. You will receive a Visa Gift Card for $500 when your friend, client or family member completes the Fixed Cost Construction Contract and the required deposit for their new home. After the Contract requirements have been met you will receive a Visa Gift Card for the entire amount remaining.

Realtor commissions are paid separately via Brokerage Agreements.

  2. $500 paid to you upon executed Fixed Cost Construction Contract with deposit;

  3. Your Referee will receive up to $2,500 in FREE UPGRADES for their new home; 

  4. Remaining amount paid to you when Contract requirements have been fulfilled.

Online Referral Form must be submitted prior to Referee having contact with Company. Only one referring homeowner per new contract. Visa Gift Cards may be sent by mail to the address provided. If a Realtor Brokerage Agreement is required by Referee, referral reward amount will not exceed $500. There is no limit to the number of referral rewards that can be earned. Company may issue referring party Form 1099-Misc. as may be required by law. Not valid on Real Estate Professional co-op sales. Upgrade restrictions may apply. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate. Other restriction may apply. Void where prohibited.
